When you type in your information into our contact forms and via email we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. We assume that you agree to the collection of your personal information and that it will be used for the specific reasons stated. We also collect the information listed above when you: fill out contact forms, email us, phone us, use our website, view our website on BC Search and other methods you may use to contact us.

How we store, use, share and disclose your personal information
Your data is stored by BC Host. Non-identifiable analytics data is also stored through BC Analytics and BC Search Admin Console. Despite analytics data being anonymous, we never share this information and only use it to understand the usage and improve our site. Any analytics data may be stored indefinitely. Your information may also be shared with other BC services and brands such as BC Search, BC Website Design etc. Note that these 3rd party providers will have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information which are not covered by the BC Host Privacy Policy. Your data is never sold for a profit or shared outside BC Brands.
We store any information we collect securely on BC Host.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our service, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce any agreement we may have with you. Your (business) name, website address, contact details (these will not be displayed on our website and is for contact purposes only stated in the communications section), comments, feedbacks, reviews, recommendations and any photos or content of your website may be stored indefinitely for display purposes on our website. Also, other information described in sections above may be stored indefinitely.

If at any time you confirm that you do not wish us to process your data, your details will be removed as soon as possible.
